At Stapleton Psychology we support clients to develop further understanding into their emotions, thoughts and behaviours. We then tailor the treatment to the client's needs and focus on their goals for the future.

Lauren's therapeutic approach is one of collaboration and connection.
She works with clients on identifying their goals and providing insight and understanding. Lauren's approach incorporates top-down (cognitive focused) modalities as well as bottom-up (emotional, experiential and sensory). It combines techniques that work with both the thinking and emotional parts of the brain. This can lead to symptom relief and provides clients with the tools necessary for their recovery.
Lauren's integrated approach utilises various modalities.
She is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy (ST) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). In addition, Lauren is certified in Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
